当出现如下异常时,

The Siebel Object Manager was unable to establish a network session with the Communications Session Manager.

考虑以下解决方案:

  1. Login Siebel Application.(i.e. Siebel Call Center)
  2. Go to ‘Administration-Server Configuration’
  3. Open ‘Enterprise View’ and select ‘Communications Management’ item in the Pick List.
  4. Check if you have enabled all the Components in ‘Components Subview’, especially ‘CommSessionMrr’ Component.
  5. After you enabled these components above, you should restart your application service.
